Vedad Hadziabdic has been appointed as the new restaurant manager
BERLIN (May 2017) – The gourmet restaurant Fischers Fritz at the 5-star superior hotel Regent Berlin at the popular Gendarmenmarkt has a new restaurant manager: Vedad Hadziabdic now leads the 20 head strong service team to fulfil their guests’ wishes to the highest level.
The lobster's chance for some good press
For a lobster that wants to make it into the press in Germany, there’s no getting around Regent Berlin’s two starred Michelin gourmet restaurant: Fischers Fritz is home to the first lobster press in the country – worldwide there are a mere five in existence. Although the lobster press possesses enormous aesthetic charm – a model of the press is even held by a museum – it primarily serves a culinary purpose: the perfected preparation of delicious shell-fish.
